Payments are accepted through Credit Cards, Money Orders, or PayPal Accounts. Money order payments are expected within 10 business days of order placement. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make your payment. If you decide to pay via credit card choose the "Paypal option" when checking out. Paypal provides our merchant credit card processing. PayPal is free and easy to use. Through your PayPal Account you can pay via credit card, check or directly from your bank account. Generally your items will ship within 2-3 days from the date the payment has been received.
First Class Shipping Time Frames 7-10 business days per USPS.
Priority Shipping Time Frames 2-3 business days per USPS.
International Shipping is available to: Australia, Canada, Mexico & United Kingdom. Please note that Canada/International orders are all sent via USPS Airmail even when priority shipping is choosen. This due to high cost sending international priority packages. International packages do not include a delivery comfirmation number or insurance. The Ribbon Spot is not responsible for Taxes or Tariffs imposed with shipment and/or delivery of international orders.
Delivery Confirmation Number: Once you order has been shipped we provide you with a USPS delivery confirmation number. This is a proof of delivery number and not a in route tracking number.

Continuous Cuts: We try out best to provide a continuous cut of ribbon when ever possible. Most 15-yard cuts or less will be one continuous cut. If we are unable to provide a continuous cut, we will compensate with additional length of ribbon.
We ship via USPS. The Ribbon Spot is not responsible for delays in USPS shipping time frames. Additionally, we are not responsible for uninsured shipments that are lost or damaged.
We ship worldwide. International shipping usually ranges between $20.00 to $25.00. For overnight or international rates, please contact us at info@theribbonspot.com There will be a $5.00 service fee for processing international, expidited shipping or same day shipping requests.
Orders shipped within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
