Returns
All sales are final. theribbonspot.com is not responsible for color variations due to dye lots or color variations between the image on this site and the actual product. Additionally, we do not accept returns on the basis of size, texture and/or quality. In the event there is a defect in the ribbon you must notify The Ribbon Spot within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. Notification must be made to info@theribbonspot.com. All returns require prior authorization from The Ribbon Spot.
